Online Submission

  • Submitted papers must be unpublished and not considered elsewhere for publication
  • Only electronic submissions in Word format will be considered.
  • The publication fees is 200$
  • The acceptable plagiarism rate is no more than 20%
  • Papers must be 4-6 pages, including references, figures, and tables, following the IEEE format click here
